The room was neat and compact, offered coffee, a writing desk, and a couch. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect there, very close to the outlet mall.

Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Orlando. The hotel was fully equipped and reasonably priced, I felt safe. Ideal central location next to the Universal parks and the City walk, all the attractions and a paying restaurant. The staff was caring and friendly attentive, offered excellant services.

That was comfortable hotel set in very nice area, so close to Seaworld parks and Orlando for a conference and all the attractions and a great breakfast. Great service, although a few employees were very unhelpful.

Way too small bathroom, a little dated room, we were a little disappointed.

All in all everything was good, had a fairly nice stay during long road trip. I was offered a room with good views of the skyline. The location was magnificent to the theme parks. Had brunch in the Bar American, located nearby.

The hotel served hearty breakfast with good coffee and decent yogurt, as for instance, thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was magnificent and perfect, for example, an outdoor outlet mall was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property. The area was very very nice really close to shopping mall and Universal Studios, the theme park, and the Universal Studios.

Excellent service from the very amiable, caring staff members. Comfortable beds, a couch, a writing table, and a kitchenette in the room. Delightful views of the skyline and a comfortable design.

Very small bathroom.

Had well decorated and brand-new family room with a sofa bed and wake-up service was available in it. The hotel has comfortable and really ideal location just off other surrounding attractions, Universal Orlando parks, and bus transportation which tend to get out of space pretty quick.

There were not great beds.

Magnificent, incredible location in Universal Orlando Resort district near to Universal's parks. Also, near to the good restaurants for good food. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a writing desk and a couch.

Possibly the best and excellent stay for our family vacation. Delicious food, spotless room with the moist humid carpet, microwave, the 2 beds. Exceptionally nice staff and management. Variety of goodies for breakfast.

The rooms were spotless and updated with scenic views of the skyline. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was big size, had nice hot breakfast! The hotel's location was central, near prime outlets.

It was a comfortable hotel in a very nice area, close enough to next to a highway and all the attractions and a great breakfast and Universal and Seaworld parks. Generally the service was great, the room was spotless with a king size bed and toiletries, as example.

It had too hard beds, maybe it was bad luck.

My stay was very nice for our family vacation. The room was updated and with iron and the moist humid carpet and a couch. This hotel was located in a central area near all theme parks as well as all the attractions and a great breakfast. Universal Orlando Resort district was worth staying in. The food for breakfast was nice and fresh.
